PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

 Renting Requirements

·    Pro-rated first month rent, second month rent in the amount of $125 and last month rent/security deposit in the amount of $125 are due upon Check-in. Rent is due on the first of the month and any portion of the month not used is non-refundable. The Renter is required to fill out and sign our “Notice of Intent to Vacate” form 30 days prior to departure day.

·         A copy of your valid Driver’s License on file.

·         A copy of your current Registration on file.

·         A copy of your current Proof of Liability Insurance on file. Except as stated on page 2 article 5 of the agreement Far West R.V. carries no insurance to cover loss to Renter

Rental Payments

·         All rents are due on the first day of each month.

·         Rent must be in this office by the 10^th day of the month to avoid a Late Fee of $10.00.

·         A $25.00 fee and all bank fees are automatically charged for all returned checks.

·         All payments must be in cash, check or money order made payable to FAR  WEST.

Vehicles

·         All vehicles must be in good working condition and parked by you, the owner. Only one vehicle per space. The employees of Far West Nursery are not associated with Far West RV and Boat Storage. Please direct any communications to (831) 419-4245 or harryandlinda@yahoo.com.

5 MPH Speed Limit is enforced >>> AT ALL TIMES.

• The Renter shall secure the unit stored on the premises her/his own adequate locking system.
• Steps must be up and stowed during storage.
• No ground storage is allowed of any items.

• Working on vehicles on site is not allowed.

Other Important Information

 ·         Renter is required to notify Far West in writing, when s/he has a change of address or phone number. Far West must be able to contact you in case there is a problem with your vehicle, etc. It is your responsibility to keep Far West updated with your contact information.

·         Anytime the original stored vehicle is to be changed, the Renter is required to sign a new contract and provide a new copy of the Vehicle Registration and insurance. A vehicles who’s rent is not current may not be removed from the property.

·         The Renter shall not make or suffer any alterations to the premises.

Hours of Operation

9 am to 3:45 pm – Pacific Standard Time and Daylight Savings Time daily.

Open 7 days a week.

Holiday Closures are as follows:

            Good Friday at 2:00 pm                      Easter Sunday (all day)

                                                                  Thanksgiving (all day)

            Christmas Eve at 2:00 pm                  Christmas Day (all day)

            New Years Eve at 2:00 pm                New Years Day (all day)
